Dove Cottage
We worked with our clients to transform this dilapidated cottage from a ruin to one of the best homes in the area. Tree roots growing through the brickwork, missing roofing and over a hundred years of neglect left the house in such a state of disrepair that we had to rebuild it almost in its entirety.

The Loft
In 2021, we transformed this high street commercial property into a luxurious mixed-use space featuring a ground floor restaurant and a four-bedroom ensuite maisonette apartment above. The property, previously housing a restaurant and office space, was ambitiously re-envisioned under our innovative development plan. Key to this project was the complete demolition and replacement of an inadequately built extension. Our team collaborated with architects to engineer a three-storey, stepped design for the rear of the building, a creative solution to maximizing the limited footprint while accommodating the essential additional bedroom.

Otley Road
A full ground floor refurbishment of a Victorian terrace house in Headingley Leeds to create x 2 2 bedroom apartments from a previously unused ground floor basement. The project posed several unique challenges. The property, located in a densely populated urban area, required sensitive planning to minimise disruption to the neighbouring businesses and residences. We grappled with infrastructural hurdles including utilities placement, party wall problems, and navigated the complexities of construction amidst a global pandemic, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to health and safety.

Meadowbank
This upward extension project based in adel North Leeds is a one of a kind style of build. Total refurbishment which required saucing the exact type of old stone originally used and using that method of bricklaying was a big job even for our skilled stonemason. It was a total turnkey project taking it on from very start to handing over a fully finished house complete with a new garden.
